Valuable feedback was often lost, exit interviews were inconsistent, and turnover insights were buried in paperwork. ExitGate HR was born out of a vision to transform these moments of departure into measurable insights.
ExitGate HR is a digital prototype built for The Celestial Sultanate Hotel*. It offers departing staff a secure, confidential platform to complete exit interviews, while delivering real-time turnover dashboards to HR management.
